The Multimedia Networking Group, led by Professor Fouad Tobagi, is part of the Computer Systems Laboratory in the departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
Our research focuses on the assessment and resource provisioning for various types of traffic (voice, video, data and multimedia) over wired, wireless and optical networks. We aim at providing "acceptable quality" to the end-user operating in the above listed networks. There are 9 graduate students and 3 visting scholars working in our group on different research topics.
